Delete your account

You can delete your Nestory account at any time — directly in the app or by contacting us. All personal data is permanently purged within 30 days.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once confirmed, your account, family data, and all connected channels are removed and cannot be recovered. Export your data first if you need a copy.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

The fastest way. Takes about 30 seconds.

Open the app

Go to Settings

Tap the profile icon or navigate to Settings from the main menu

Account settings

Scroll to "Account" and tap "Delete Account"

Confirm deletion

Read the confirmation prompt and confirm. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to request deletion in writing, email us from the address associated with your Nestory account.

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.

What gets deleted

Your account and login credentials
All family events, tasks, and reminders
AI-learned household facts and memory
Connected channel tokens (messaging, Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar)
Push notification tokens
All personal data associated with your profile

What is retained after deletion

Billing records and invoices

Required by Israeli tax law — retained 7 years

Anonymized aggregate usage statistics

No personal data — retained indefinitely

Security and access logs

Retained up to 90 days, then purged

Before deleting, you can download a full export of your family events, AI-learned facts, and account data as a ZIP file.

In the app: Settings → Account → Export My Data
